US-CONNECT PROCESS

How the US-CONNECT sprint works

The sprint is built to give your leadership team a clear, disciplined decision frame around the US: data first, field validation second, and a board-level roadmap at the end.

1 • The Scan — Data & analysis

We start at the digital shelf: Amazon, Walmart and the underlying category structures. We read pricing bands, velocity signals, ratings and review dynamics to place your product inside the real US landscape.

Outcome: an initial readiness signal (Green / Yellow / Red) and a first view of white-space opportunities.

2 • Boots on the Ground — Field reality

Then we test the data in the real world: New York shelf checks, conversations with distributors, buyers and category experts. Where needed, we run early warm-contact tests to sense partner fit.

Outcome: a corrected, reality-checked view of the opportunity and the practical constraints.

3 • The Roadmap — Board-ready decision

Finally, we translate everything into a decision. We structure a 60–90 minute board session with entry scenarios, budget and timing bands, risk maps and a clear recommendation.

Outcome: a disciplined Go / No-Go / Pivot decision and a concrete next-step roadmap if you choose to proceed.
